This workshop will begin with a meditative summer/fire-energy awakening exercise, continue with writing and creativity prompts, and end with the opportunity to share for a communal component.
Before parting, a summer solstice exercise will be assigned, which will provide a temporary structure that interlinks workshop participants in further engagement and accountability towards their summer goals and creations.These intentional online gatherings are ways for artists all over the world to expand their aligned communities.
We will gather Live on Zoom on Thursday, June 18th at 1-2:30pm ET (7pm CET / 10am PST). This offering is scheduled before the actual solstice (Sunday, June 21) so that you may maximize your first weekend of summer, and also in observance of Juneteenth. It will not be recorded to encourage Live participation (hence “community gathering”) + to protect participants’ privacy.
A reminder and zoom link will be sent to participants closer to the workshop date.
